Brother A-Grade machines are those which have been returned to Brother UK in 'as new' condition and are then repacked. They are machines that have been returned as incorrectly ordered, not required or the machine may have failed on arrival in which case the failed part is replaced. All Brother A Grade machines are checked and tested by qualified Brother engineers before repacking and include a full 3 year manufacturers guarantee covering labour, carriage and parts (exc. consumables).
